Accumulation

These paper collages, which consist of random and experiential expressions of the words that occupy Merve Dündar's inner world, construct a form made up of piles of cut paper words where Dündar boldly opens her mind topography to the audience. In these works, words turn into new meanings with their new forms, and meanings turn into forms. In addition to the traces of natural forms in these works, the sense of infinity and complexity created by the collages emphasizes the manipulations created by the speed of the information flow in the postmodern era.
