Mouth Trash

I encourage participants to reflect on their own experiences and discard societal or personal biases associated with concepts such as gender, ethnic identity, race, nationality, class, age, religion, physical disability, sexual orientation, and similar aspects. I ask them to dispose of these expressions, which I refer to as 'Mouth Trash.' My aim is to promote recognition, questioning, and the initiation of mental transformation concerning these learned, ingrained, and subconscious language patterns, jokes, prejudices, and proverbs.
